Faith's Women's Retreat - Simply LOVELY!

We just had the pleasure of enjoying a two night, three day stay in Phoenix. In addition to hearing Deb, our Women's Pastor (and Ed's former colleague), speak about the infallible word of God and how to keep our focus on Jesus, we also had time to relax and enjoy the gift of friendship. Having wonderful lady friends is certainly a blessing, and I do not know what I would do without them.

Cheryl, Heather, Krista, and I roomed together and had a blast! We went shopping, hung out by the pool - Cheryl even led us in a little water aerobics "class," read magazines and books, ate yummy food, did pedicures and manicures, and just simply relaxed - including taking a nap! We even met a new friend - Willow. Heather and Willow knew each other from the past, but it was lovely for us all to enjoy getting to know her.

Last but not least - we had to stop at IKEA. After 8 hours of shopping, we packed it all in and headed home.
