He speaks and they sing (and play their instruments)!

Since his surgery on Monday, Ed has not uttered a word. Finally this morning, after 5 days of writing on a whiteboard and "signing" to those of us who don't know sign language, he was able to speak. Although he is slightly hoarse, his voice sounds great. Next week we will find out the results of the pathology report - we'll keep you posted.

On another note, the boys wanted to perform tonight. William bought a guitar with his Christmas money, so he wanted to "play" Jingle Bells with his brothers (he has not had any lessons). Collier played his clarinet, Evan was the singer, and Sam "chimed" in.
