Happy Birthday, Evan!

Evan is FIVE today!! Yes, my baby is five - hard to believe. He is so excited and feels so big. We rearranged his room today - to get rid of all the "baby/little boy" stuff, sorted through all his clothes (to give the little stuff to Wyatt), and at church he even got to start in the kindergarten room today - big stuff!

For the past few months, Evan has been saying that he wanted a birthday party at "Pump-it-Up." Well, after looking into the cost of it - $250!!!! - we asked him if he would like to go down to Mexico and hang out on the beach for a long weekend or have his party at Pump-it-Up (knowing that it would cost about the same). Much to our excitement, he said, "Let's go to Mexico!" So, this Friday we are driving down to Puerto Penasco to stay with the Westmorelands and hang out on the beach!

Last night we had a lovely get-together with Dad, Jesse, David, Annie, Lane, and Addison to celebrate our big birthday boy. Here are some cute pictures:
